WOW!!! Truly amazing. Fans of Two-Face, it's time to celebrate. Hot Toys, a collectibles manufacturer based in Hong Kong, has released images of its upcoming 12-inch action figure based off of Aaron Eckhart's character in the Dark Knight film. Due later this year, or possibly early 2009, the toy appears to contain the same level of detail as Hot Toys' other Dark Knight offerings.

For the past several months, images of Batman and the Joker have flooded the Internet as licensees rushed to prepare merchandise based on Christopher Nolan's blockbuster sequel. Curiously though, toys of Two-Face were missing. From what we've heard, Warner kept the final designs of Harvey "Two-Face" Dent so secret that even companies making collectibles didn't have a firm idea of what would hit the screen. That's why we've seen variations of the Joker (Hot Toys has two 12-inch figures and a bust) and Batman (again two 12-inch pieces and a bust), but no Dent. Fortunately it seems design teams have had a chance to gather the imagery needed to develop figures based on Gotham's "White Knight."

Hot Toys 1/6 scale, 12-inch figure will feature 32 points of articulation, interchangeable heads and hands, an alternate jacket, a pistol and a coin, as well as stand and nameplate. The company estimates the product will be due out at the end of the year, but did not specify a price point. Previous Hot Toy products in this line have run over $100, so that would be a safe bet here as well.
