This weekend saw the 2009 International Toy Fair in New York and Action Figure Insider.com was there first had to dish out all the news and exclusive toys on show.

Mattel where at the event showing off some of the already seen lines from NYCC, coming out this year, but much to my surprise, that held back to reveal an exclusive figure from the Batman: Brave and the bold line of the JOKER. This is the first time the Joker design has been seen for the show and... wow. He looks fantastic.
