The New York Times recently spoke with Christopher Nolan what's happening with the next Batman movie.

"I wouldn't let [Warner Bros.] put out an impractical date," he says. "Put it that way. They know me well enough to know what my process is. I do one film at a time. It's one of my real inefficiencies. As I start to free up on [Inception], I'll be thinking about what to do next. I'm also very fortunate I have a brother [Jonathan Nolan] I work with. He's an incredible asset and has been for many years."

Does that mean Jonathan has finished the bat-screenplay, The Times then asks? This is where Nolan seems fuzzy on the details.

"Oh, yeah," responds Nolan. "He's been working on a script for a long time. And working very hard. So he tells me."

So is that a yes? Or a no? Apparently Nolan is keeping that info locked away in the bat-computer for now.

Also Batman-On-Film have recently speculated that Batman 3 might actually be filmed over here in the UK, which contradicts earlier reports that there was already location scouting underway in Chicago. Perhaps, like Batman Begins, most of the threequel will lens in the U.K. with a smaller degree of Chicago shooting than there was in The Dark Knight.
