Released today was the December cover for OXM. While he's not gracing the cover if, you look at the top of the December issue of the Official Xbox Magazine you can see a tiny Batman. The magazine will feature a new preview for Arkham City. Which is said to have some new screen shots and tidbits, so keep an eye out for it, as subscribers will start to usually receive their copies the prior mid month, aka mid NOV.
